Beth Everest is a writer and jewelry artist. Her new work for this year’s Passport to the Arts includes filigree work, sterling silver handmade chain, flame painted copper, and a book of fiction recently released from Frontenac Press.
Beth is a Canadian poet and writer whose work has garnered numerous awards and recognition. She has published poetry, fiction, essays and has had plays produced. Her poetry is known for its narrative qualiteis and mix of poetic fiction, often informed by her personal and teaching experience in creative writing. Her work reflects deep human experiences including trauma, illness and survival.
She will be selling her jewellry from 10am to 4pm and she will read poetry starting after 2pm.
